It is expressly understood that all teams and participants entered in the Angels of the Seas Conservation Initiative will participate in the contest and/or operate their vessels at their own discretion and solely at their own risk. MetroMedia Marketing, Inc., "Ladies, Let's Go Fishing!", Save our Seas Foundation, any affiliated companies, its officers and directors, officials, judges sponsors, donors and all persons connected directly or with the operations of said Initiative shall be exempt from any liability for libel, slander, loss, damage, negligence, harm, injury or death suffered by any vessel owners, captains, crews, participants, vessels and equipment which may occur during the said event. All participants, teams, vessel owners, captains, crews and participants agree to hold harmless the Initiative, officials and any of its affiliated companies for any loss, damage, injury or death.
All participants, teams, vessel owners, captains, crews, anglers and participants will participate and/or operate their vessels at their own discretion and solely at their own risk.
By signing the entry blank, the team consents that the Angels of the Seas Conservation Initiative may publicize any activities related to the Initiative and may use without payment or restriction any material in which he/she appears for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to resale, advertising, commercial or promotional material. It is further understood that all video, movies and pictures are the property of the Angels of the Seas Conservation Initiative and may not be used by other parties without the written consent.
PARTICIPANTS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO OBTAIN INSURANCE COVERING THEIR AND THEIR VESSEL’S PARTICIPATION.
